UK Shipping Policy

We will dispatch your JettProof products as soon as possible after you place the order, usually within 2 working days if the goods are in stock.

If we are unable to dispatch the goods within 14 days, we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date; you will then have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If you change your mind about your JettProof purchase, you can return the products in their original condition (including tags and packaging) for a full refund (excl. delivery), within 28 days of receipt. Email sales@jettproof.co.uk for an authorisation code.

Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.

We have strict quality control at JettProof and each item is examined before despatch. In the rare event that you need to return a garment due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@jettproof.co.uk to arrange an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

If you feel that the size isn’t quite right, we are happy to exchange garments that have not been damaged, soiled, washed or worn. If you require a return or an exchange, please email our Customer Service Team at sales@jettproof.co.uk

Include a correct, working email address and contact number with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we need further information.

Include your name and address if an exchange is requested.

The cost of return postage to our Company is the responsibility of the buyer.
To handle your exchange or return as quickly as possible, email us at sales@jettproof.co.uk for an Authorisation Number Before Posting.

It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Refunds are processed against the original order number and original credit card or PayPal account which was used for the purchase.
JettProof is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
